I loved the 12-minute walk to Trader Joe's and the convenience of the bus station just across the street, making it easy to get around. However, I found the walls a bit thin, but it didn't really bother me much since I was out exploring most of the time.

The walls really gave way to sounds. even footsteps could be felt, which is something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. Those streetlights? They hit hard in the bedroom, and the Venetian blinds didn't cut it. Also, the lack of an elevator made trekking up to the third floor a workout, especially loaded with bags. The kitchen exhaust fan was less than intuitive, barely effective, and could pose a risk when cooking if you don't keep an eye on it. Lastly, a toilet and vanity height made for some awkward moments and comfort-wise, a bath mat would’ve added an appreciated touch.
